对DLL库中的接口进行中文命名

补注: 此文是在探究在Windows上编写DLL时不能使用中文命名 · Issue #74 · program-in-chinese/overview问题时编写的演示用代码, 代码基于官方文档. 正如 @farter yang 在评论中指出的, 对已广泛应用的数学操作符进行的中文命名意义不如带有丰富语义的业务部分代码.
